This business is operating under BBJ La Tavola Specialty Linen. I went to their website to purchase some table cloths. The website did not clearly specify that the products were for RENTALS ONLY. The transaction looked like a normal purchase. I received the goods after about 2-3 weeks. I received a number of emails about a pick up date. I called the customer service and found out that the products that I received were for not for sale but rather for rental. The customer rep. mentioned that the contract mentioned everything. I am not a lawyer, and I do not pay close attention to a sales contract for small items, such as table cloths. If their website clearly mentioned that the items that they had were for RENTALS only, then I would not have spent any money. Anyway, I would not get any money back because I opened their original box even though I did not use any of their product. I asked for the return label, but they would charge me $40. I printed up my *** ground label, and it cost me about $16. The total amount I wasted was $267.36. I am angry about the fact that their website did not clearly state that the items that they have available are for RENTAL. By the way, I am returning the products tomorrow by *** (my own label).
