I used their services to make ach deposits to play online games, did not know about the hidden fees that they charge.right now I have 7 letters with charges of $50 on each one some of them my ach was only $25 who in their right mind would pay $50 on top of the $25 already? Then my bank charges me $30 nsf fees because I ended up being overdrawn. But the real kicker is i have an over draft with my bank so they should have gotten paid and they are charging me for insufficient funds. Now my checking account is so far overdrawn I can't catch up. I would like for them to pay for my nsf fees that I've been accruing due to them and their bogus charges thay should not be allowed to get away with doing this to people.

So I play the ** I lottery, it's the ** lottery online games. They use Pavilion as their 3rd party payment service. Money can be send through them to add to the lottery website to play, and winnings can be send to my bank account.I play $10 at a time. They said an error occurred where I got $10 from my bank card when It should have been declined. Then they charge me $20 fee and mailed a paper check to my bank for payment, saying my signature wasn't required. My bank said this sounds like fraudulent activity on their part.

I have contacted customer service twice 01/10/2024 regarding the multiple transactions being deducted from my account and that I was concerned about possible fraudulent activity or something is wrong. They were not able to even tell me how much money they claim that I owe but keep withdrawing money from my checking account almost on a daily basis and multiple withdraws on same day. ImThey were not willing to help me at the customer service level state they dont have access so I sent an email to management as instructed and they in turn told me to reach out to customer service. I replied that customer service is not able to help me with my issue and I am waiting another response from them. They have withdrawn thousands from my checking account and will not discuss information with me. Something is not accurate and or wrong and I would like someone to reach out and discuss this matter with me not keep pushing me off.
