    I would like to bring up this personal information concern. I bought the tickets by online. When I reached out here for get sauna. They requested to hold my driver license to them. Because they don't believe customers. They saw my driver license and verified. But they wanted to hold my driver until I leave their facility. I said that show me law. They didn't. They said that we don't believe customers. If you don't give me your driver license. You can't get any service and they said me that go home even i paid money for my family. Then they said that you can't come back here forever. My family wanted to use sauna. This manager and employee requested me to sorry to them. It was embarrassing. They didn't explain any law. They didn't show any documents about this in the law. After I said sorry many times, I could use this sauna. However, the US citizen have right to protect their personal information. Am I wrong? After I sorry to them. Manager said that you are shame daddy to your kids. Really? What is wrong with this business company? It seems like they are enforcement of the law.

    I visited ******** and ***** in *****, IL on Wednesday, December 11. I booked an Aroma scrub at 1:15pm. During my massage following the scrub, I asked the woman (Lily) to stop touching my *******, as she kept rubbing over them lighly (not with pressure as is proper massage technique) in a manner that made me uncomfortable. After I specifically asked her to stop, she began touching my b****** again a few mins later and I asked her to stop, again. Then she started touching a lipoma I have on my stomach and brought my hands to it, as if I was not aware of something that had been on my body for over 30 years.I felt extremely uncomfortable to say the least. I spent $280 in total that day and I am very disappointed in my experience. Never in the over 10 years that I have been going to ******** have I ever had an experience like this. I still feel violated. I know that Lily meant no harm, but her lack of sensitivity and respect given the nature of the scrub/massage was unacceptable.

    - 12/22/22 at 12:30am - on their website they say theyre fully functioning 24 hours. Only 25% of services are available (no food, no hot tubs, no movie rooms, no massages, no clay ****** - in addition to a full refund, Id like for them to stop false advertising their services across all of their platforms, most importantly their website.
