    Vice President *** responded quickly and without a questionto my request to schedule a repair to some windows under warranty. Repair ***, ******, came out within two days and replaced three pieces of weatherstripping that were starting to pull away from windows that were installed in 2017. He worked efficiently and carefully, taking the time to find exactly the correct replacement pieces. ****** also worked on my windows in 2020 spending hours and hours to find enough remnants of discontinued items for much older windows that needed small repairs. I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products, do not procrastinate when doing warranty repairs, and give friendly, fast customer service,

    Scientific Home Services installed a new sliding glass door and 3 windows in our condo. They were 100% reliable and there werent any last minute surprises with the costs or timeline. Everything is more energy efficient and draft free. Highly recommend!!

    Scientific home Services. have installed 4 windows in my family room; a front door and now a patio door. Theyre al energy efficient, and I get compliments on them always.     I bought 7 windows from this company and I do not recommend them. They're fine until you have a problem with a window ( unacceptable amount of air coming in) and then they don't have your number. They have it to call for a payment but suddenly have the wrong number to respond to a complaint. I spoke with **** a month ago and he said he'd send someone over, I haven't heard from anyone...it's twelve degrees outside right now. Avoid this company unless you don't mind inferior products and no customer service at all.
