This mobile mechanic services failed to properly nstall both the fuel pump and oil filter causing excessive leaking from both repair. I paid cash for parts and repairs and had several services done in the first appointment. Battery terminals, fuel filter, oil filter and oil change, radiator flush.. After this repair vehicle wouldn't start because fuel was bad and after removing 15 gallons of gas from tank prior to repair. The fuel pump failed. They returned, installed the fuel pump approximately a week later At that time vehicle was still outside. Once pump was installed and driven into garage I started it about a week after completion of repairs and immediately smelled heavy gas fumes. I **** off vehicle and found a large puddle of gas under the tank where the pump is housed inside the tank itself. Then discovered the large puddle of oil directly under oil filter location in motor. Ive owned this truck for 33 years Since it's a second vehicle and is atm un registered since moving to a new state. It's not being driven. I contacted onsite several times requesting they come inspect it. a gas leak is dangerous and renders vehicle undrivable. He refused. He and 3 of his technicians appeared on my property September 17th to inspect my complaints. He and the tech who did the services stated that day mid afternoon. They were absolutely at fault for fuel pump installation failing and said they would return that Wednesday or Thursday to correct it. They did not. He texted several times saying he'd be here at this time or that day etc. It's been 2 weeks. He has not responded to any requests for refund or fulfilling his verbal guarantee he'd return and correct failed repairs. Basically, by not responding they hav refused to refund repair fees collected for these specific repairs they admitted were done incorrectly by their failure to install them correctly. I have included some of the receipts but not all for the parts. One receipt says he'll return by said date.

Email received 10/4/23 at 10:53 AM

I recently received a message from bb resolution but could not get the code to respond or the email address given could not be reached.

    I wanted to update information

The owner of onsite automotive called me @11:40pm Tues Oct 3. Basically his message was full of threats of legal action against me. Accusing me of threatening him somehow?  His insurance won't allow him to work on my vehicle,  etc. He made some other comments pertaining to my bank account. Though I paid for all repairs, parts and services in cash. Parts were included in the total charge. I have all receipts for labor and parts. Etc. So I felt I could only reply with a request for full refund 985$ listed my full name, address and phone number. Because he also said he's lost my number again and that's why he had not texted. Yet he just texted me 6 days prior to my complaint. He included some other unnecessary comments of character etc. But never stated he'd be refunding me anytime soon.

This is a video for October 7th I sent you a video on the morning of October 6th after replacing 2.5 gallons of gas in the tank and running the vehicle for 10 minutes on the 5th. The video on the 6th would have showed the leakage then and this is the video on the 7th showing all of the gas leaked out of vehicle on to the cardboard. I've been reporting this to on-site automotive approximately 10 to 15 days after service. I would assume that any mechanic service should last and have a guarantee for longer than 15 to 30 days especially a major repair such as a fuel pump or an oil filter which could seriously damage the vehicle and or put their driver at risk. I believe I should not have to prove anymore of my case but if you need the texts that will take some doing compressing the files. I believe that you should request that on-site automotive give me a full refund because a new mechanic will not use old parts in a repair I will have to replace all of the parts again new fuel pump new oil filters new oil more gas the only correct thing they did right was replace the battery terminals because depending upon how long it takes me to find a new mobile mechanic and I have to tow it to a mechanic service I will then have to flush out all the new fluids that I've just replaced radiator fluid oil power steering fluid along with all the filters therefore the only service that they did provide that was successful was the battery terminals themselves that a charge of I believe $75 if they feel they need to deduct that fine. He is claiming that the parts should be paid for by me and not reimbursed however parts were included I can send you that text I have two texts for each service that state parks are included I can search through all the text and give you those. However sending you are in complete conversation for the last two and a half months is a lot of work and most of it is irrelevant it's just scheduling dates and times and then a lot of his disturbing manipulating explanations of why the repairs aren't working. Point blank the repairs aren't working because they did not install them correctly it should be blatantly obvious from the video. ***** ******

Here are the photos from September 9th when I reported to owner **** * of the leaking of both fuel pump and oil filter.

I still have to compress the text because our communication as I stated before was over a period of August to September to now October so there are several texts back and forth out of sequence that I have already downloaded and need to compress. Otherwise I will have to print them go through them and sort them out by date if that's what you need I have not received a response so I have sent you a video photographs the receipts the only thing really that is left is the agreement of parts and labor being included I can just send you that particular email and the estimate for both it really just depends on how many texts you need and how much of the conversation you are looking for that would simplify it for me.

I added a short video this morning on my way out @11:40a 9-6-2023. Yesterday I ran the vehicle for 10 minutes. The video should speak for itself and see how much fuel leaks and how much oil leaks out after just 10 minutes of running the vehicle  This is the shortest video I could make that didn't get rejected for size If this isn't enough information for you I can still send you the texts unedited and out of sequence. Along with photos I sent 10 days after service. Etc no
