    I hired this business to paint my kitchen cabinets. He took all of the doors and drawers to his shop from Monticello to Normal Illinois. He has all of the hardware that goes with those over 40 hinges and 20 drawer poles as he painted the kitchen and they taped it off and did not tape everything up properly and there’s overspray white paint on my sides of my stove and refrigerator. Then because they didn’t prep the surface properly, there was bleedthrough, and he started to strip the Cabinets and then his help quit and he never returned. I finally got him to bring me back my doors and drawers and shelves but he did not bring the hardware back. He said he would return my deposit of $1050 and he brought me $428 of it. Now he will not bring me my hardware so that I can have the new painter who is almost finished now painting the cabinets, have the hardware to complete the job.

    I saw ****** ****** on Facebook and he said he was a local contractor. It started with new flooring and then I got quotes for paint and trim. He started not coming to work and sending excuses why he was not finishing the job. He stopped coming and the work is unfinished. I tried serval times to get him to come a finish. He said he ordered the bathroom floor and it was on back order. He never showed up to finish it. The trim her installed is subpar, we asked him to come back and fix it and he agreed but never came back.
