  I purchased a car from them with an extended warranty, called back to cancel the warranty and they have not given me my refund yet. No one will call you back and never answer the phone.

  I recently took my Audi to The Bloomington Normal Auto Mall for a diagnosis, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. I paid $200 for them to pull codes, but they didn’t even provide me with the codes or any concrete information about my car's issue. They never asked for additional diagnostic time, didn’t notify me when they were done, and I only found out my car was sitting outside when I went looking for it.
  They told me my timing was off, yet they never pulled the timing cover to confirm. Given that my engine is an interference engine, if the timing were truly off, the pistons and valves would have collided, making the car undrivable—yet I was still able to drive it. Instead of actually diagnosing the issue, they seemed to throw out an expensive and complex repair, possibly assuming I’d decline so they wouldn’t have to work on it further.
  I later discovered the real issue myself—a simple disconnected PCV line. When I had asked about the fluctuating boost, the technician insisted it had nothing to do with my problem, which was completely incorrect. This whole experience left me feeling like they either didn’t want to put in the effort or assumed I wasn’t worth their time because my car is older.
  At the end of the day, I walked away $200 poorer with no real answer, only to fix the issue myself. If you’re considering bringing your car here, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for honest and competent service.

  Horrible dealt with Chris after he drove my car stated they willl purchased it for a call back four days later after the car was delivered on their property they change they mind don’t waste your time dealing with these guys

  If I could do zero, I would. Lies, terrible customer service, can't get any info from them, they refuse to contact me back.
  What was a simple car deal 45 days ago has turned into a paperwork nightmare. First, they screwed up the loan so had to go get my own financing after 15 days. Now they won't send title. I can't register vehicle, can't transfer plates (which they said they would do), can't pay taxes..basically stuck in limbo until they do what should have been done 25 days ago.
  Also confident that the extended warranty I paid for was not purchase don the vehicle, which constitutes fraud.
  Have tried to get answers via telephone, text or email. Cannot get a return call (have left no less than 10 messages), text goes unanswered, emails go into black hole.

  I bought a ford escape 2015 October 2, 2023 and it was never inspected. Of course the sales girl did the thing they do at all of them, if you take the car today. I should have known better; the battery was dead when they tried to start it and the floor mats were not original. I don't believe the car was ever inspected at all. I had wrecked my other car and was in need of something to drive.
  My fault for trying to believe places can be trusted. They are also I believe running the store in Peoria, IL I was looking at a jeep renegade there and called on it and told oh it is here. Got there and someone had taken it over the weekend but no call. I get there a car dealer and need to make some profit but a rip off dealership who never responds to emails, or anything DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

  I brought a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Atlas cross sport with 9miles on it I have been having radio issue since I had this vehicle and they haven't fix the problem yet I have video after video let's them know what the problem is to me it's an electrical problem but nobody has fix it July 17 will make 2yr and I'm still dealing with this issue I have a video I just recorded paying 50,000 for a vehicle and it doesn't work correctly is a problem and needs to be addressed or offered a new vehicle..
