    On May 22, 2024 an employee from Redbird Plumbing came to our house to look at a slow drain in our bathroom sink. The employee broke something in the process which led to us not being able to use this sink. In June we had this same company put in a new faucet in our kitchen sink. They were around 2 hours late doing this and then there was another delay during this process. We paid the company for this work done to our kitchen sink. My husband and I continued to contact the company about fixing our bathroom sink with phone calls, emails and messages to an employee who was a former student of mine. Here we are at the end of October and we are still waiting for a response and for this sink to get fixed.
