I purchased a jeep with 10 Less mileage which is odometer fraud. Also found the transmission is going out. They said they would fix it but claim its computer fault and the problem still exist. Ive had 2 mechanics check it and both said transmission. They avoided it.

We apologize to ***************. The odometer statement was an error on the servicing Jeep dealer and was corrected for Carfax purposes, but the customers Odometer was always correct. As to the transmission, we have have the vehicle back to the Jeep store 4 separate times for the transmission issue the customer is feeling. The response was the tread wear on the tires; to which we replaced all 4 tires for the customer. It did not solve the problem! We are taking **************** out of the Jeep and putting her in another vehicle to make her happy! Our apologies for the time this has taken, and appreciate her patience. She is very happy!
