***** ******* Coordinator talks down to me because I am a women. He will speak to my husband with no problem, but he is extremely condescending when he talks to me. I have been given the runaround with my 2016 *** ****** failure. Worst customer service experience ever. Will never buy a *** again. Avoid this dealership and service department at all costs.Gerald Kia of North Aurora

Our apologies for the experience that ************** had. I reached out to her last week, and within 24 hours, had the entire situation handled. *** has approved a new engine for the ***** ***, and we are awaiting the arrival of the engine. ************** has been in loaner car the entire time, and seems very happy with the resolve thus far. She will be dealing with ******************* or myself going forward.Gerald Kia of North Aurora

We apologized to ************** for the poor communication. Immediately got involved and were able to get *** to replace her engine under warranty. Gave ************** a loaner while we waited for the parts and completed the job. Followed up with her on a regular basis, including after she picked up the car. The ******* are very happy with the outcome, and we look forward to assisting them in whatever they need in the future!
