    I ordered tickets for an ********************* concert that got canceled due to hurricane **** ( NOT MY FAULT ) they said they would refund my money within ***** days that passed no refund , then event smarter emailed me saying they are fighting with them to give people their refund back that was $437.83 I could of put towards something useful . Ive been emailing the promoters they asked me several times my Zelle info but hasnt sent anything ! That was my ********* want it now ! Not my fault it was an hurricane nor they couldnt find another venue .

    1/27/23 bought tickets for a concert with protection incase something came up and I wasnt able to attend. Total ******. 3/10 concert was cancelled, concert was supposed to happen on 3/11. One day notice that it was cancelled, I already traveled and paid for hotel. I emailed chrome entertainment about a refund on 3/10. I was told I would automatically receive a refund in ***** days. March 29th still no refund. I emailed again, at that time I was told 30 days. May 2nd still no refund, emailed again and was told they were contacting ticket spice. I then received an email from we pay that I was getting a refund of ******. Far less than what I originally paid. I was told 2-7 business days. Here it is may 30th and Ive been going back and forth with chrome entertainment and we pay to get my money. My bank says theres been no refund processed. I disputed with my bank but because its been over 60 days they wont give me the money either. All I want is my ******$. And every one just keeps going in circles refusing to give me my money back, ** going to get a lawyer involved.

    This company sales tickets to concerts. They have a no refund policy but the policy states. If you do not show for a fault of your own. My case was the performer canceled the show. I emailed them it took them a while to get back when they did I had filed a dispute. When they got back to me they stated they had spoken to the promoter and will issue a refund. In 60 days. I had already filed a dispute because I thought they were going to email or return my calls. When I told Them I filed a dispute they stated they had a no refund policy. And would fight the dispute. Even though they already said they would give me a refund. This company has done this to many other people. Trying to hide behind a no refund policy. But the return policy is only if I do not go for an emergency not if I didnt get what I paid for because the performer didnt show up.
