    They did a horrible job on our roof there was holes in the roof that they just covered up they came back and did something to it the shingles they laid are Bode and popping up and are wavy. I’m not a roofer and I know it does not look right at all. My husband did the backside of our roof last year and looks very professional. This roofing company did the front side of our roof and it looks like we had a bunch of kids on our roof putting down shingles, it’s very sad. Cost a lot of money and now my husband has to redo it.

    Very sorry for starters but this roof is under warranty and we went back and fixed the problem! I was not aware of there being any other problems besides reading this on here but I will immediately be calling to address any other issues you have !

    August 2022 A & B Construction put a new roof on my house. I told them about the chimney being previously repaired and was assured my roof would not leak. In Nov. 2022 after we had a big rainfall, I noticed water around the sewer pipe in the basement and called a plumber thinking it had a crack. The plumber traced the leak to the attic and said the pipe was not sealed correctly and was going to charge me to fix it. I told him not to as this would be covered under the roof warranty or so I thought. Owner from A & B came out with one on his employees & when I asked if this was part of the warranty he told the employee to STOP EVERYTHING! He said this was on the plumber & I needed to contact whoever installed the pipe (yeah like 50 yrs ago!). He ended up adding caulk around the pipe but refused to look in the attic or take any responsibility for the leak saying there was nothing wrong with his workmanship. He refused to look in the attic and actually stormed off. I have since looked in the attic & it is wet around the chimney. I would like A & B to make good on their roof work and fix the leak as part of the warranty and sister in boards that are wet inside the attic.

    Owner came back and did an inspection and advised that the chimney needed tuck work but he didn't do that type of work and offered to tear off the chimney and replace boards around it and re-shingle around chimney pipe and put a boot over the chimney pipe for a reasonable fee, but it would be couple of months before he could do it. It's been a couple of months and I contacted again and he says to give him a couple of months. I contacted another company to do the work because of the time frame. The other company advised that there was no flashing installed around the chimney and they will need to wait and see if it is needed as the entire chimney is being torn off and rebuilt.
