    I went to this shop as I have done many of times before to get my hair braided. I have never had any problems in the past but this time all my curly hair fell out. Im reached out to them to n Monday to get the problem resolved and was to by the manager E that she would take care of it but that was a lie because when I went back she said I was lying and refused to redo my hair or give me a refund. I paid them 205 through zelle and they refused to fix the problem

    I paid this business ****** dollars on my birthday February 09,2023.I paid for a hairstyle ( that they promise they could do)that was horrible!I should the lady the picture and said she can do it and also told me what kind of hair to get!!I asked her several times even before starting,during her doing it and towards the ending.I noticed the style wasn't looking like the picture..She ( Her name is ******)kept saying don't worry I will cut it at the end into the style!!To make a long story short she messed my entire style up.She never cut it and couldn't cut it with that type of hair.While I was telling her look what she did and I needed to talk to the owner!They refused to give that person name and number. One of the other braiders got very angry at me and started yelling and screaming at me saying it's my fault!!She got in my face like she wanted to fight me!!As soon as I got in my car 2 braids fell out my head!!I have pictures of my hair and the places my hair came out!!I wasted ****** for the style and another ***** for the hair I had to buy!!The worst part about it I had plans it was my birthday and my husband made reservations at a restaurant and I was too upset and embarrassed to go due to my hairstyle!!!!He lost 50 bucks!!

    We would like to vehemently denied ****************** accusations ID ******** and share our side of the story. 

    What happened:

    Mrs ****** contacted us for two different styles: tree braids and crochet braids. 
    Both styles are some of the few hairstyles we do not provide hair and the customer bring their ************. Mrs ****** shared a picture of the crochet style she wanted of the internet and we advise that she shows that to her beauty supply as they are more experts as seller of hair. We are Braiders and we do not necessarily always know all the hair the customers bring let alone a random picture online. Mrs ****** couldnt get to her local beauty supply  because I believe she got there late so we advise her that there are two beauty supply close by and we will direct her to them. Mrs ****** went to the beauty supply and got the hair but in a different size and length as of the picture she shared. 
    Upon arrival, the braider pointed this fact to her. Mrs ****** did not want to go found the right hair so they agree that the braider will see if she can cut it. 
    She then installed the first braid and cut it. They realized that the hair was unraveling when cut so there was no way she could get it in a short bob. 
    Mrs ****** requested that the braider installed the hair nonetheless.

    WHAT REMEDY WE OFFERED: 

    - The braider offered her to do another style. Mrs ****** was set on that style. They then agree to install the hair Mrs ****** had bought as is. 
    - At the end, Mrs ****** did not seem extatique about her hair. The braider offered to take down the work and refund her giving that we could clearly see that the hair she brought did not provide the ***************** she was seeking. She declined the offer and left.  
    - ****** contacted us later and we once again explained to her that if she brought hair that was past her shoulder, there is no way we could magically make it be in a ***. 
    - We do not sell hair. We did not pick the length of the hair at the beauty supply and we cannot be responsible for that.
     After our exchanges, we finally came to the same understanding with Mrs ****** that the hair she bought WAS TOO LONG to be in a desired *** as it passed her shoulder. 

     - We concluded that we will use the remaining hair she had to add more extension on her head to make it ******, at the installed length free of charge. 
    - She booked and appointment with the braider the following day but never showed up for that appointment. 
    In conclusion,  we did took the time to explain during the visit, after the end of performing the service and a few days after, when she contacted us. 
    She never showed up to that appointment and did not return the braider calls. 
    We believe this is more a case of a customer not being able to procure the exact same hair on the picture she found online, then she brought the hair she was able to find and we produced the style required but with the hair provided to us. 

    We have attached the original style. Mrs ****** picture in her car that will clearly show the difference of hair and some exchanges validating our attempt to find a resolution to this matter.

    I don't trust or feel safe going back to them!!When I tried to make another appt with them no one ever csllpme. Ask to confirm.Also no one in that shop no how to do crochet braids and they refuse to do a different style!Bottom line all the braiders in the shop started yelling at me!!I don't trust them at all to do anything to my hair , cuz they all are annoyed and angry at me !I want my money back or at least half!!

    Ive been coming to the Hair Braiding Studio for about three years and never received service like today. So I received two double French braids on my head the hair braider kept yanking my hair and combing my scalp with a metal like come I kept complaining to her that she was hurting me! Another bad part is that my hair has no Edge Control Gel on the top of my braids (which they usually put on my hair every time I get it down.. The edge control helps my hair stay in place) But Im afraid that my hair style might not last past a few days. I didnt notice it until I got home to wrap my hair up due to the fact that it takes me a little over an half an hour to get there I didnt wanna drive and they were closed. *** tried calling them but I just get a busy signal I work from 7:45am til 4:15 pm M-F a whole hour away from **************. Now I might have to wear a scarf all week. Im so upset and heart broken. $80, gas, miles on my car,,time and energy wasted went straight down the drain!
