I purchased 4 gallons of antifreeze from a auto store in October 2022 filled out all the rebate stuff submitted it and waited and checked and waited and checked finally my refund showed approved but here it is 13 months later and I never did receive my rebate I also contact old work Industries several times and never did they respond. So don't expect them to hold up there end of the deal or rebate. Or ever contact you back if you need to get in touch with them.

We apologize that you had a less than favorable experience with the rebate process.
It appears that this rebate was marked as paid on Dec 9, 2022 which should have been delivered to you by the end of December 2022 via regular mail. The Pre-paid card does come in a plain white window envelope not marked with Old World Industries as to not raise too much suspicion to the contents of the envelope. The rebate card arrives active.
The envelope may have either not been delivered, or not been recognized. This may have been mistaken for junk mail and disposed of without opening.
We also do provide contact information for phone and email, should a customer have questions or concerns,including if their rebate card had not arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We cannot confirm that you reached out to our contact center to inquire about their card, or to report it missing.
We are happy to have another card re-issued with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for the new card to be printed, loaded and delivered.Please confirm that the following address that we have for you is the current and correct address:
