    Just spoke to a ******* I think. I am with ************* **** I called from our business phone number at 12:47 PM Central today to Donlen Trust's customer service line. This rep was very rude, told me she just got in from lunch. She proceeded to talk rude to me but did not like being spoke back to in the same way. I then asked her to transfer me to someone else, she then ignored my question and proceeded to give me useless information. All we are trying to do is get payment for a COURTESY DELIVERY that was done a month ago. This ******* told me to go into the portal and that we will see what is wrong with it. I told her I am not the finance manager, I am the admin and we need payment so what is missing so I can relay to our finance department. She said to log into portal. I told her I don't have a login for myself. She said yes you do. I had to hang up because she was so incredibly rude. Hope we don't have to deal with this again!
