      Avail filed to give me a refund. Avail is not allowing me to borrow a vehicle with out giving me a reason why.

      Registered for sharing, but the vehicle was never shared and was damaged in the parking garage. The front bumper was dented and scratched; the number plate went missing. All this happened at LAZ garage parking at *********************************************, **.Very poor customer service. Filed a complaint and sent pictures...no response for over 10 days now. Very disappointed.

      Rented from this place twice and on the 3rd attempt to rent a car, I was told they had a system update and I was restricted/Blocked from ever renting again. So I asked to speak with the supervisor to see what the issue was because my prior 2 rentals I followed all guidelines and returned car as I received it and everything was a success. I spoke with the supervisor and was told I didnt do anything wrong but they basically wasnt renting to anyone with a Minority Area code in **************) anymore but if you lived in a Upscale neighborhood it was ok to rent. This companys representatives showed no remorse for my feelings of Discrimination and flat out told me to get a Lawyer if I had a problem with their Discriminatory Policy. I wouldnt recommend this Place for ANYONE if it were the last Car Rental Place on Earth. The employees are rude and clearly dont appreciate their Customers and Evidently dont Care about their business growing, being successful or being shut down for that matter. If I could give it a 0 Star I would!
