    On August 19th, 2022, I went online to my Citibank Account and discovered one of my accounts had been blocked. I called customer service, and all the information the representative could give me was the name of who placed the order: ************************************* ************. I than googled the phone number which gave me the rest of the information on this company.I called the company of the following dates and times, left messages, and have yet to date receive a response from them: August 19th - 8:12am, 11:41am, 4:11pm - August 22nd, 2:51pm - August 25th, 12:40pm I have NO idea who these people are, nor do I have ANY pending collections. My daughter, is a secondary on this account with me, she stated when at Pandemic time she had a small $75 balance with the *************** and they were the collection agency that took her to Court, where she explained then that she was out of work. She also stated that she has tried to call them, left messages, and has not received a response as well. She remains out of work, and was hospitalized in June underwent 2 surgeries, continue to be under the doctor's care, and this collection agency has yet to contact either of us.We DID NOT receive ANY communication from them at ANY point and time. We continue to be in a Pandemic, trying to recuperate, and THIS is how this company handles and is allowed to handle business and treat people?I have NO business with them. This is MY account: Citibank #****, I should have been notified of ANY actions on this account. Please assist me with resolution on this matter.
