      I am rejecting this response because:

      Mr. ******* cannot read my mind. He stated:

      "We work on a time and material basis, as he well knows and paid our electrician for his time".

      Mr. ******* cannot read my mind. I did not well know that I would be charged full T&M rate to create a bid. All other electricians I have spoken to do not charge full T&M rate for a bid on more work when they are already there.

      True, I am not a mind reader. Mr. ******** agreed to our terms and conditions when he authorized the service call including estimating time which he never requested at the initial call. 

      For the record, our credit company is redepositing the $306.25 back into our merchants account.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was not provided with nor accepted any specific terms or conditions with respect to this service call.

      The credit card company redeposited the money because I voluntarily withdrew the complaint action with them because I was threatened with a mechanics lien and police report of theft.
