    I ordered some package tags at the after Christmas sale on 12/30/23. Received an order confirmation. Order # ********* for $153.95. My card was charged on 1/2/24 and I never received a shipping confirmation. Never received the package. I have reached out 3 times via her website contact page. I looked up a phone number and left 2 messages. And I have sent messages on instagram that have been removed. No response and its been almost 3 weeks. No communication at all. Such a disappointment.

    My wife and I ordered Christmas cards and wrapping paper on 11/25/2022 from WH Hostess. We received the wrapping paper shortly afterward, but the Christmas cards never arrived. We tried contacting ***** through her website, over email, ******** and instagram, but have yet to obtain a response to resolve our order for the cards. In fact, we were immediately blocked on instagram upon inquiring about the status of our order. The amount owned is approximately $150 prior to the discount code. We would like a refund for the card portion of our order.Additionally, I see online through Yelp and other BBB filings (some as recently as December 2022) that customers have experienced a similar issue where ***** does not fulfill card orders if they are under a approximately $200 limit. I appreciate the BBB looking into this matter further.

    I placed an order with WH Hostess on November 13. I received all by one item. I was charged in full. I have tried to contact WH Hostess since December 11 asking about when the final item (ginger jar cutting board for $46) will ship and have had no response after multiple attempts via e-mail and Instagram message. There is no phone number I can find to contact. At this point I would just like a refund for the cutting board.

    I ordered a custom stationery album from this company on 1.4.21. I paid $150 for the album and $12.95 for shipping, via PayPal on that date. I emailed multiple times to inquire about the status of the order and finally got a response on 6.24.21 that it was taking longer than anticipated. On 7.21.21, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. On that date, I responded to ask about a refund. I never received a refund or even a response after the order cancellation email on 7.21.21, despite emailing to ask about it on 8.11.21, 11.4.21, 10.18.22, 11.10.22, 11.12.22, 11.28.22, 12.1.22 and 12.2.22. They don't list a phone number and don't allow communication on their social media pages. However, I continue to get their marketing emails, so it sure looks like they are still taking retail orders. I would have even accepted a credit for products, but they have never bothered to respond.

    WH Hostess Order Confirmation: order #********* placed on 11/10/22. This is a complaint due to lack of response for the 20"x20" Dinner Napkin (Set of 4) Christmas Wreath with Tartan Bow- I ordered 3 sets that cost $150.00 total. The order has been partially delivered for quite some time. With the holidays quickly approaching I wanted to follow up on the outstanding items to be sure they werent forgotten as they are needed. Website it states the napkins will ship w/in 5-7 days yet havent been shipped yet. Ordinarily Id give it some time but saw that time frame on the web and wanted to be sure they were still being worked on. This company will not reply to my repeated inquiries. No tel. # listed on their website to reach out and contact a person, only option is to send a message via their site which I did (but I cannot recall date and I didn't receive a confirmation). I have reached out via 1 &2) email two times: 11/26 and 12/08, 3) ******** DM 12/10 and 4) Instagram DM 12/11, 5) via phone w/ tel. # provided on this BBB website for ******* voicemail. Not one return reply to ANY of my messages. I am concerned as NO ONE will reply to my messages via email, direct on their website, via phone, nor social media (that is constantly updated by this company). I would like to receive confirmation that napkins are coming immediately and if not a refund as this is a poor customer experience, It should never get to this point and I love the merchandise received to date.
