    This company is HORRIBLE. I don't recommend this service to anyone at all. I pay for the 100MBPS and have NEVER receive those speeds. My internet goes out about 20 times a month or speeds drop to less than 10MBPS. Their customer service is incredibly rude and doesn't care to help the client out at all, they've hung up on me about 5 times now. Iv'e been waiting for over 48 hours to be called back from an manager, still has not happened. When i First called to check to see if their internet can work in my Area they told me it would run smooth and perfectly cause i only live 3 miles away from a tower. That was a complete lie. Im surprised this company has not been sued by anyone yet. I would rate no stars but 1 star is the lowest it will go.

    Horrible.Speed: claim to be up to 100mbps, actual is only 10-20mbps Cost: duplicate charge on subscription fee, have to call to reverse it, when you cancel, they said Oh your service will end by the time we received the device, not when you called. Basically you will need to pay another month fee for that.

    As others have said ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I entered my shipping and billing details - I recently moved across the country (fiber optics not installed on our new development yet so I needed an alternative). They automatically changed my shipping address to my billing address (WRONG)!! When I got the email I called and told them that it was an error. They said they resolved it on their end. Well, they did not! It got shipped to the wrong address thousands of miles away. I reached out and they basically told me oh well and told me I lied about calling them to let them know. I disputed the charge with my bank... I tried to login to my account to cancel the subscription since I could not use it. It gave me an error message every time. I asked them to cancel my subscription and they kept giving me the runaround. I told them they needed to reset my password, which they did. I can finally login and guess what?!?! No way to cancel your subscription online. I have now asked them to cancel the subscription a minimum of 10 times and they are ignoring me completely. They stole $90 from me and plan on stealing even more. I now need to change my debt card and have my bank block any transactions from them. They are scammers who will steal your money and then ignore you. Stay far far far far far away from them. If I could give them negative 100 stars I would!!!

    Absolutely horrible. I first contracted with them in May 2021. For the first 5 months, the service was great. Then they went through some upgrade process that destroyed the service. Still we limped along and spent several days at the beginning of every month to restore service to a somewhat acceptable level. Then three weeks ago happened. For three weeks, we've been dealing with totally unacceptable line speeds (<1.0Mbps). I've spent hours on the phone with them. They never follow through, never respond, and now one of their phone lines is broken. Their call agents are untrained, and their ticketing system is obviously limited as I have to repeat all my basic account information every time I call - 2-3 times a day. Our service remains horrible, and I see no future with this organization.
