5 starsKrohn & Moss and their entire legal team were extremely helpful in my Lemon Law case. Trustworthy, professional, and have the experience to win your legal case. I did extensive research on deciding which firm to handle my case, and I am glad I ultimately chose this law firm. Their website is extremely informative, easy to submit documents for a free case review, and eventually had a thorough free evaluation and conversation with an attorney. Transparent, guided me through the process, and gave sound advice. They were always available via email, phone or text. Handling a legal/financial case against a large corporation requires a law firm exactly like Krohn & Moss that have the experience, resources, and legal team to handle the task.Review fromBruce M

5 starsI do not typically post online reviews because I am a very private. However, my experience with ***************************** deserves special praise and commentary. For anyone considering taking on an automotive manufacturer, it is normal to be afraid and tentative, like I was. From my initial engagement until I received my check, the entire ***************************** team was absolutely phenomenal. They explained the process and provided me with options at every decision point. I especially want to recognize ****** ********, my attorney during the negotiation and settlement phase. She was immediately accessible by phone and email at all times to answer my various questions, and she always had the information I needed to make a decision. In the end, I received a settlement that I was happy with, within the timeframe that ****** said I would, directly deposited into my account, as requested. 5 starsThe attorneys at ***************************** are very knowledgeable about Lemon Laws and the MagnusonMoss Warranty Act. The few different lawyers that we worked with each have many years experience in Lemon Laws and it shows. Its a long process but we did settle with the manufacturer on the higher end of what the attorneys valued our claim to be at originally. I had a HORRIFIC experience with Krohn and ****. I highly HIGHLY recommend finding a different attorney group to help you with auto related issues. Theyve got quite a system set up, and as you read through the reviews, it is quite evident they have no intentions of ever winning. They bill up to a certain point where theyre still making money, knowing that youre never going to win the case and put you through all the motions. In the end, they end up offering everybody $1000 and keeping the rest of the settlement. So if you only want $1000 for your settlement, lots of headaches, unprofessional attorneys that send nasty, unprofessional emails, give them a call. You would be better off using an attorney that doesnt even specialize in the lemon law. They have cornered the market on the lemon law, but they are not fighting for you. Theyre only looking out for themselves to collect money on each case, but not win. Absolutely disgusting people in my opinion.****** ( Who is obviously the low man on the totem pole, and gets thrown all of these scam cases ) is unprofessional and can not carry Herself in an arbitration. Her performance was actually comical in my case. I have no idea how this woman became an attorney. She uses improper English, sounds uneducated, and sends nasty emails if she doesnt get her way. Just stay away!

5 stars***** ********* was the attorney assigned to my case, he fought tooth and nail to get me the best outcome and always did his best to advise me against my frustrations. At first he was very calm and basically let things flow as they should but once they became stagnant, its almost as if he took this matter personally and unleashed a never before seen *****. I cannot recommend this law firm enough! They handled the buyback for my vehicle, and while I was initially hesitant since I live in Florida and they’re based in Chicago, they quickly put my worries to rest. The entire team was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you’re looking for a company to handle something like this, look no further. This company is a scam we have settled with *** and they are getting 8500 outta ****************************************************************************************************************************** and my husband and we still have not recoeved our money I asked him 3 times to please follow up with *** and he makes excuses and tells me I just need to wait and be patient and that he wasnt gonna reach out he told me 2 different dates and is not stating it hadn't even been 60 days from the date he told me which is a lie bc I have a screenshot where he said I will get my settlement check 60 days after accepting the amount he said that was may 7th and it is now July 8th and still nothing and he is refusing to contact *** to see what the hold up is I know it don't take that long bc I was in an insurance lawsuit from a car accident I settled and had the money within 2 weeksKrohn & Moss, Ltd.

1 star*************************** made a settlement with *** for me. One week ago, I asked where my check was and was told it had been mailed four weeks ago. I checked the tracking they provided, and it had not been sent at all! When I told them this, they said it would be sent this past Monday. Here it is Thursday again and no check!At my business, if we made a mistake, I would correct the problem at once, even if we had to pay for delivery or FexEx.Apparently, **** has never heard of customer service. I guess I'll call them again.
