    My belongings were picked up by the carriers on 7/2/23 with a verbal delivery estimate of 7/7/23. It is now 8/12/23 and I still dont have my things nor any proof that they are secure and still in possession of the movers. I have contacted the logistics company, Beyond Vanline who consistently report that they cannot get in touch with the carriers at all. At this point they have been in possession of my things for entirely too long with no communication nor any type of excuse beyond the long distance when in reality my residence in ********* and the one in ********** are only 373 miles away from one another. So far I have paid First Class $1,150 and will be required to pay that amount again upon, hopefully, the final delivery of my goods. On 8/3/23 the carriers reported to Beyond that delivery would occur in 3-5 days but that timeframe has elapsed and they are again unreachable. I have not heard from First Class since around 7/20/23.

    We are so sorry you encountered this situation, however we are not the company that provided service. There are a number of First Class Movers nationwide, many are not related to each other and none are related to us. This is easily verifiable information with license numbers, business addresses, etc. we have never worked with you nor have you been in any contact with us. Please remove this review and make sure it is assigned to the intended violating company.
