    On February 12, 2024 I ordered and purchased what was supposed to be a used electrical magnet system for the front of my Bobcat. When I received the shipment only half of it was there I immediately called my sales person. The sales person tried to find me Parts to make it work was unable to. **** said I wanted to return it. He said he could not authorize that. I waited two days. I then called back and talked to an individual who stated he was *****************, the owner. He immediately told me this will be a short conversation in youre not gonna like the outcome we will not take the item back , I tried to explain or ask that I had 30 days according to my receipt to return it and he said no. I have emails stating that I want to return it right away. It has not been taken out of the shipping crate. I am not having buyers remorse as I have contacted ***** equipment and they have the complete system That I can purchase from them. I understand that I wouldve had to pay the shipping and maybe even a restocking fee. The company of **** machinery was absolutely not willing to work with me.

    ***** was quoted and invoiced on an industrial lifting electromagnet. The electromagnet was provided to ***** as quoted and invoiced. After receipt of the magnet ***** realized he no means of providing power the electromagnet. Seller offered to quote a generator for this purpose. Meanwhile ***** located a competing option he felt was a better fit and requested ****** accept the return of the magnet. In addition to other terms and conditions in Seller's quotes and invoices, ***** agreed and accepted that AT SELLER'S SOLE DISCRETION the Seller may accept returns or repair of new machinery in case of manufacturer defect. The defect at issue is *****'s decision-making and not Seller's machine. ***** was reminded of this several times at this point is harassing Seller's staff. Now Buyer is making false and defamatory claims against Seller in public forums like BBB, etc, claims which may be actionable if Buyer persists in trying to injure Seller's reputation. Seller will not accept this equipment for return for these and other reasons. Seller reserves the right to amend and add to this response in the future.
