    On 02/12/2024 I was charged $537.60 and also a credit from the previous year (2023) was rolled over into this year (2024); This sum covered treatment for all of 2024 season. I am uncertain of the amount rolled over as my account has been deleted and I can no longer access it. On 04/25/2024 they treated my property and charged my $63.20. The amount was deducted from the balance mentioned above. On 04/26/2024 I received an email that service would be discontinued in my area, and I would receive a refund. I have yet to receive a refund after attempting to collect several times.Customer # *****

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.

    I received a pamphlet or flyer yesterday in the mail. I called this morning to have the company to ask them to remove my address off their solicitation list. I don't receive any third-party mail to my house at all just bills because I'm a victim of fraud, so I don't get any other mail sent to my house but bills. I called several phone numbers ************, no help or refused to take my information my name and address to be removed off list. I then called another phone number ************ and still the same thing. I'm not interested anything this company has to offer, it would be different if I ask for services, but I did not. Once you start sending stuff to my house and I ask you to stop take my name and address off list and you refuse, I consider it harassment. Someone just called a lady name ****** from ************ and as I explain to her my solution to take my name and number off the list cuts me off, goes silent and the music begins, so I quess to mute me out from talking.
