    Still not certain that my mother wasn't tricked by the online website into signing for something she thought was free.

    But have no direct evidence of it.

    At the daughters request, we have issued a full refund for the $59 and $10 charges for an annual subscription to the award-winning crochet magazine and knitting magazine published by our company. A review of our records indicates the mother did indeed provide her credit card, name and address on January 29, 2024. Her subscription has been cancelled.

    I completed a survey that I thought was from ******. I supposedly won a prize but had to enter card number to pay for shipping. I then was charged $145.00. Later that week I was charged $149.00 and then $85.00. I notified my bank and they reversed the charges. I later received two deliveries of medical supplements I never ordered. Today I was charged $99.95 from somewhere in *********. Since I canceled my original card it did not clear. I sent emails to Prime Publishing but my only response was more emails with more offers. I. see others have had the same issues. I don't know how they get away with using numerous businesses to promote these surveys. Thank you

    We are a publisher of cooking and crafting content.  Most of our ads are placed programmatically by ******* If the customer can provide us with more details we can possibly assist, but more than likely she will need to contact the advertiser directly.  In most cases we dont sell the ads directly. They are placed programmatically by firms like *******  

    We dont sell gift cards, medical supplements or the like. We also dont even accept credit cards for our free advertising supported websites. We are sorry we cant assist.  She needs to contact the merchant.  Seems like she provided her credit card to buy something. We are not the seller.  Maybe she can call her bank.

    I am rejecting this response because:Please do not close this case. See attached screenshots. Although Prime Publishing claims they have unsubscribed me from all messages, I am STILL receiving daily messages from a subscription I have clicked to unsubscribe from multiple times.

    The consumer subscribed to three free email crochet newsletters and one general crafting newsletter on October 6, 2022.  They unsubscribed on their own from Hooked on Crochet on 1/9/23.  The consumer was still subscribed to two other crochet newsletters and Quick and Easy Crafts, our ************** newsletter.  

    Upon receipt of this complaint we unsubscribed the consumer on 1/10/23 from the 3 lists we show them active on.  Thank you for allowing us to quickly resolve this matter. 

    Our contact form on our website and in all email newsletters is the fastest way for us to assist a consumer.  Any consumer who contacts us by noon on a business day gets a response by 5pm.  Thank you.

    Never signed up for this company and getting bombarded with E-Mails that I can't Unsubscribe from.Please someone make them stop... Never do business with this company.

    I was charged$49. for a gold membership to I like crochet. I never authorized.i tried calling and no one available.sent numerous emails and no response.
