    The Lock UP Self Storage was informed in January February, March and then again in August that my storage unit had a serious water issues and was damaging my property.They did nothing to assist me until I started having health issues as black mold formed in my storage unit #G14 . I was told by manageres of storage facilities that since I had repeatedly infrmed them that the unit was leaking water that the owness to repair or fix is ion the company that I was leasing the space from. I repeatedly asked for the name of their insurance company and it appears they have no insurance company and are self insuring. The manager *********************** threatened multiple times and canceled my lease when I requested to know the name of the insurance carrier and requested to be paid for my claim which was approximately $8500. The $8500 was only for property damage and does not include all the additional medical and therapy I sought due to damages to my body from the black mold. The Lock UP Self storage canceled my lease as ************************* threatened that he would do and I was locked out of my storage for several days and unable to conduct business or have access to my personal items. The employees also opened and diverted my mail thatI had received at the location.I do not want my name to be in any public document regarding this please.
