    My car was supposed to be picked up today..Is it 9:05pm PST and I haven't received any info..Roadrunner sent me a email with a phone number to the carrier to contact , to get a ETA..earlier today someone answered and said the driver would be here at 7pm..At 7:30pm I tries calling several times, and it said the number couldn't be reached....but they charged my account ******* dollars at 8 am this morning....I will NEVER do business with this company again....

    Working with this company and ************ Transport is a big mistake. Company charges a lot to transport cars but the driver kept changing delivery date and time. He was instructed multiple times to deliver it to a specific address if it was after a certain date but he ignored that. He delivered it in the middle of the night to the wrong address. The person that arranged this at Mercury Auto Transport assured me that the driver would accept Venmo and the driver would not. Do not do business with this *************.
