    I was in desperate need of a ********* that would compete a large rebuild project. The owner ****** took half of the quote upfront and after two weeks stopped showing up and ran with the money. Stopped answering calls, texts. Did the same to his employee who to my luck stepped up and on his own completed my project out of his own goodness of character. Asked around and apparently I'm atleast the 3rd person who he had done this to.I was quoted 30k to complete work, he quoted beyond what my insurer would pay for and he was asked to revise his estimate. He never did. The true amount for the correct scope amounted to about 21k and he asked for 15 upfront to begin work. Never finished it left me with exposed roofing. Was able to have another worker finish the work for me.
