      Thieves and will never recommend them for any flooring work. If you call **************** do not except them to call you back for around 10 days. After customer service finally called back because they installed a cheaper quality carpet it takes 2 different sales people to confirmed the wrong carpet was installed. The sales people also questioned if the right padding was installed. It appears that **** does not care about quality.

      I would give zero stars if i could order number #nv001343 cause on ****** reviews always tells Cust they don't see your order being done. i originally sent a email off line cause i was recommended to them. no answer so i went in. ******* was manager and only person their i looked around she seemed very pleasant explained a few things didn't really try to sell me anything or offer just said this is most popular and its on sale from **** a ft to **** a ft. i explained in person no one emailed me back she said i do the emails and i was off. then i explained in person their is no furniture in the house cause we just bought and wanted to put carpet in first, she said ok i took sample home and we set up a time to have a person come and measure. all is good so i get a quote and no break down just flat price. i had to complain to get a break down. i know why they dont i work in sales i get it. so i finally get a break down mind you all of this is all in emails our conversations and still saved. i then tell her i have a coupon for 1k off, she responds well its only if you spend 10k plus and i already gave u a discount cause u have no furniture. i read coupon still have it. (IT DOES NOT SAY YOU HAVE TO SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT TO GET THE 1K OFF.) she new from get go and emails i have no furniture in the house. i said to my husband it is what it is i went in set up an apt to have carpet done 7/5/22 had to take day off work. she said they will call that fri i said ok. 4pm i get the call 7/1 after i emailed and no response from her, they would be out 7/5 between 8am and 10am. i live 45min from my new house i get their at 7am 10 am comes around still no one i call multiple times to the business and email her no answer. they show up at 11am im upset already with this experience. then they have 2 guys and i have a big house. tell me at ****am that they will not be able to finish. i snapped and said im not taking another day off work so you can finish u will finish if you are here til
