    My mother and I made reservations for a room at Quality inn located at ****************************** through Priceline. She made reservations and use her card to hold a room. When we arrived the front desk told us they see our reservation,but we need to pay a $150 down payment. We were not notified of this until we arrived therefore we decided we wanted to cancel our reservation and get our refund to find another hotel, but the receptionist told us we have to call Priceline. So we called Priceline and they said they have to get permission from the hotel to give us back our money. The receptionist told Priceline no they will not give us back our money. And we stated that it was unfair to not refund us the money if we didn't even see the room yet nor did we stay there. However they were persistent on not giving us a refund including the manager. In which the manager stole our money and did not want to return it but tried to make us make another reservation and pay another down payment. He said he'll take $50 off but we will have to repay for another room.
