      Noticed a water leak while moving my items into one of the larger units. I reported this leak several times and each time they said it was fixed it kept leaking. At no point was offered a different unit or compensation for the time waiting for them to repair it. After the third repair they assured me that the leak was fixed and moved my items into the unit. I recently removed them all only to discover many irreplaceable items ruined by water. Photo albums, year books, hand made Christmas ornaments. Mold had also started to spread to many of the items ruining them as well. When I brought this to the attention of the counter persons, I was met with indifference. I understand that they are not liable for damages but the damage was caused by a defect in the unit they provided, a defect that they said had been fixed. This is a bad business practice. Would not recommend using them.
      Update on 3/31/2023:
      After 6 months of silence I was called by ***** who asked about my review. After being very rude with me on the phone saying quote, "We don't need people like you here." she then threatened to force me to remove my remaining items from a different unit unless I took this review down. I will not be bullied by these shameful business owners and their appalling tactics. I will continue to update my reviews as needed. If you need to store your items somewhere I suggest you use anyone else.
