    On Friday 7-7-23, I noticed that my tub was backing up and somehow my toilet was gurgling and backing up. This company came out on 7/11/23 and stated that it was a drain issue. Although I was told that the issue was fixed and I paid $700. The very next day, I noticed the issue was not fixed. I called back immediately that morning and they did come back out and again the day after. After much trying to fix the problem, ultimately, the problem was not fixed and was given a referral to have someone come out to look the drain with camera. My issue with this company is that I paid $700 for an uncompleted job. I did not pay for a "we tried our best" or the other nonsense that I given. I pay for completed jobs which did not happen. I am in the same or worse predicament that I am in prior to GIVING AWAY $700. Whoever answered my phone for my complaint was unremorseful and did not try to rectify the situation in away. ****, I at least deserve half of my money back! I have had this happen before with another company and they were happy to refund me for some the service because they stood on their integrity. I will never recommend any company like to this to anyone. $700 dollar for what???? I was told not to turn the water back because it may over flow. I was in that predicament before. So now I forced to call someone else because of a mess that was made to be even bigger.

    I called another company to fix the issue for $187. They said the blockage was only at 30ft, so please tell me how Preferred Plumbing was not able to fix the problem. I attached the receipt of the CREDIBLE plumbers that came out and got the job done. Preferred plumbing gave me a number and told me I would have to pay someone to come out with a camera to assess the situation. Something is not making sense.

     Preferred Plumbing responded to LaShondas home on July 11 to clear drain on main floor toilet we pulled the toilet and snaked the drain it was cleared she was charged $ ******. Obstruction was hit at about 20 foot , 75 foot of cable was ran

    On July 13 she called back the drain had backed up again so we responded and pulled the toilet and snaked 75 foot of cable we could not get the line to clear. Decision was made to let drain ***** next day so the cleanout in basement could be used. The bathroom in basement was working at this time.

    On July we responded and snaked the cleanout in basement we pulled back mud on cable which would indicate a hole or a separation in the line. Its our policy that when this occurs we stop snaking the line as the cable can get caught outside the line and may not be retrievable. 

    We referred ******** to a company that could camera the line then she would know exactly what was going on with it. She has also stated that she has had previous problems with line. 

    We are sorry that we could not ****** LaShondas line, I am willing to refund 1/2 of her Money. please let me know

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


    That is all I wanted was for the owner to find a resolution. I am willing to accept half my money back.
