    On Friday evening around 7:30 pm, Ofallon/Shiloh towing came to ***************** Ofallon, IL ***** to put a spare on the passenger side front of my 2018 Dodge Journey. The gentleman who put the tire on used an electric impact to put on the spare. Today, I had new tires put on my car at ********** and Auto ******************** (ph) ************. The manager there, ****, showed me two lugnuts and told me the person who put the spare on stripped 2 lug nuts and studs. He had to order them to replace my tire so I would need to purchase 2 wheel lug studs and 2 wheel lug nuts to make my vehicle safe to drive. Total cost of this repair $114.98. I asked **** if it was unsafe for me to drive there and he said no, since the spare was on it wouldn't have come off with the stripped lugnuts but they can't put the tire back on like that. I called ********/Shiloh towing at ************. I spoke with ***** who claimed to be the manager. I explained I had two stripped lug nuts and he was very rude saying I was trying to push the blame off on them. I am not a tire expert, I am not pushing any blame. I am just listening to my tire expert and telling him what happened. I was asking to be reimbursed the $114.98 for the damage done when the spare tire was put on. He said there is no way I would have been able to drive with the spare on with those lugnuts and ***** did it and I was trying to push the blame on them. I spoke to multiple tire experts who said I absolutly could have drove on the spare like that and the lug nuts would have been over tourqued because he used an electric impact to put the spare on and did not torque the lugnuts to specs. I am looking to be reimbursed the $114.98 I paid to correct this and would appreciate an apology from the business for the way I was treated when I called to report the incident.
