      Terrible terrible ************* group. They **** out a huge list of documents that must be sent to them within 90 days, do not offer any assistance with documents, respond very slowly and minimally and actively seeking any reason to NOT pay a service that was paid for in advance. This is a vehicle that I paid double payments on for 1.5 years to get it paid down and Equipro (A division of the Oak Group) would have only needed to pay $1064.00 as the balance rather than 10K+ had I not paid so much of this vehicle off and they absolutely refuse after jumping through hoops to get them all of the documents timely and some of them repeatedly because the finance amount at the dealership and the beginning balance at the bank are off by just over $100 and it would be in their favor. This is not something I can fix on my end but am left with non-payment as a result. Will never use or recommend their service to anyone, ever. Total waste of time , money and a lot of effort.
