    Apparently this company does not want to service you, or speak to you directly and wants you to submit requests online. When calling, I was subjected to a recording that went through the SAME cycle 3 times and each cycle presents you with the option to contact them online. That option doesn't sound terrible, accept that the web address that they repeat to you twice in each cycle is exceptionally long. None of the options give a clear choice to speak to someone. There is a long list of questions for verification at the end and then it leads to nowhere. I was only finally able to speak to a live person by sheer chance. This was my second time calling, as I had called a week earlier and asked if they could contact my insurance company to correct the mistake my insurance company had made on my accident history. Apparently, despite the fact that my insurance receives information from them regularly, I am the one who has to go into their system and get MY OWN information and send it to my insurance company. BUT I had to wait a WEEK for them to send a web address THROUGH THE MAIL. I then followed the address to a page that was supposed to give me my accident report history, but the *** they gave me did not work. So now I have to wait ANOTHER week to get my new web address and ***, but this time, after my complaining, the agent told me they will send a hard copy along with the web information. How is this servicing costumers?
