    I have been unable to log into my *** account for 6+ months. I have called their customer service 3+ times since November. Every time they have walked me through the same process despite me saying that it has been tried and won't work. Every time they say that they have put in a "case" and it would be resolved and someone would call me back within a week. Nobody has ever called. I've put in requests through their online form and nobody has ever contacted me back. I've asked to escalate the issue or to get a supervisor's contact information to talk to someone cognizant but the customer service agent has refused..

    Wed like to thank you for taking our call and allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. Wed also like to apologize for the frustrations caused by the experience that youve had, but we in the Executive Response Team are happy to continue working with you moving forward to regain access to your online account.

    This people suspend my account to stay with money, and I need it to get my kids health needs
