    I dropped 8 pieces of jewelry off to be cleaned on 4/27/24. One of the charms was broken and I was told it would be $75 to put the charm back on the bracelet. The associate stated we no longer carry this charm. I said ill have my local jeweler repair it and opted just to have it cleaned. I called the store a week later for updates. I was told it was ready and will be shipped to me the next day. I received my jewelry only to realize my charm was missing. After making several attempts to contact the store, customer service and sending multiple emails the manager called me 6 days later. She stated she packed it herself and ensured it was in the bag. She proceeded to tell me there are 2 sides within the bag, as if I havent bought their jewelry for over a decade. She then tells me, I can send you out a a charm that looks similar to yours. I asked for photos first. The charm looked as if it was ran over several times. I declined the offer and proceeded to ask about my original charm. She told me, they would have to open an investigation and watch the cameras. And now we wait im sure one of the associated stole it.
