  We had an incredibly complex home project, and Quantum Exteriors exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment they got involved, they took full ownership of the insurance claim process and made sure nothing was left behind. Our home required a full shake roof replacement and window replacementboth of which were originally denied by our insurance. Thanks to Quantum's expertise, the insurance ultimately approved the entire scope of work.A special shoutout to *******, who was simply phenomenal throughout the process. He took the time to explain every stepboth in terms of the insurance claim and the construction itself. His professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. ******* made everything easy to understand and helped us choose quality upgrades at very competitive prices.We upgraded our roof to a DaVinci Roofing System, and the results are stunning. The roof looks amazing, and we've received countless compliments from neighbors. As for the windowsthis was a challenging part of the job due to the variety of sizes and integrated blinds. Yet Quantum Exteriors handled it flawlessly. Everything was installed with precision and care.The crews were friendly, respectful, and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality.Theres no doubt that if it weren't for Quantum Exteriors, our insurance would not have paid for many of the damaged items. Their dedication made all the difference.Were extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Quantum Exteriors to anyone needing help with insurance claims and high-quality construction.

  After talking to ******* and having him explain how he can help us with our home we knew we wanted to work with Quantum. I just had a feeling that they werent going to stop until we got what we needed. My feeling was correct, my insurance company only wanted to pay a portion of what needed to be done and Quantum fought until we received fulll payment. It was a wait but it was worth it

  Right from the start, the customer service and engagement at ********************** are outstanding. First, they carefully listen, then they develop a comprehensive approach and solution that was really impressive. They think before they act. We thought we wanted a replacement cedar shingle roof, and, after several conversations, they recommend DiVinci. We didn't even know there were any other choices. We are extremely happy that we followed their advice. The quality of the installation, which can be stressful, was very smooth, complete with someone who quickly responds to any questions we had. They really care about making it a great experience. We now have a new, beautiful DiVinci roof and our home has never looked better. In fact, it looks like new construction. Quantum is the best.

  Quantum finished my roof replacement last week. We are completely amazed by what Quantum did!******* was a walk-in last year and volunteered to check my roof and showed me some very detail photos and said my roof had a hail damage which needed to be addressed. However, at that time, I did not believe him and also from the photos I really did not find anything wrong. I politely said no thank you!After couple months, I found two of my skylights had a small leaking. I made a claim to my insurance company and they immediately sent an inspector to check. The inspection report said two skylights needed repair. The other parts of roof were in FAIR condition. Then I called ******* and asked if he could send people to check the roof again because I wanted a 2nd opinion.This is the time ******* officially step in and start talking with my insurance company for me. The result was my insurance company agree to pay for the whole roof replacement after ******* people challenged insurer with the detail they found on the roof I strongly recommend Quantum for the exterior job.**** / ********, **

  Quantum did our roof about 4 years ago and did a great job, we were very happy with the work done. Fast forward to today and we are currently are closing/ sold the house. The inspection flagged some flashing that needed repair in the home inspection. They wanted it repaired before closing.I contacted ******* at Quantom, and wanted to find out if they could repair it under warranty. However, its December and the weather has been horrible.Quantum was very responsive and wrote a letter/ contract that they would fix the flashing under warranty when the weather permits so we could still close on our house.Did they do a good job?Yes, but more importantly they back up their work if there is an issue, which is a great reason to use Quantum.

  Quantum Exteriors company is a very professional and technically strong company, they first think of customers and worry about customers. The roof, basement and windows and doors of my home have been in disrepair for many years. It has been damaged by heavy rain and strong winds.   **** at Quantum Exteriors has been great to work with. His team was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. Were so happy with our siding and have already noticed a difference in the noise level in the house. I couldnt even tell there was a storm outside the other day until I saw the trees blowing! He handled a lot of the back and forth with our insurance company too, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Quantum Exteriors both for the work and the customer service!
