    I signed up with unity solar group in August and made a mistake of paying ********* up front to go solar. I was told that everything would be done no later than October. Today is 12-03-22 and although the panels are on the roof, the job is still not complete. I spoke with the rep **** on numerous occasions and promises were made that the job would be completed. Workers came to my home on 2 occasions and left without doing any work. I informed **** both times the workers left without doing anything and he apologized and stated it was a mix-up. I also spoke with one of the work crew (******) in the middle of November and he apologized and ensured me that he would do everything in his power to expedite the work. Almost 2 weeks later his crew came out and started working, but the work appear to be 90 percent complete. It has been almost a week and the job in still not completed. I received an E mail from unity solar on 11-28-22 that informed me that the final most exciting milestone of my new solar system will be completed when the workers come on 12-01-22 at 9am. This did not happen and someone called me from unity solar to apologize. I informed that person that I have tired of apologies and would appreciate that the work get completed ASAP.
