    This is a tolling service on a single road in ********. They do not send out bills and simply try and wait as long as possible so they could charge you as many late fees without notifying you. Setting up for the regular Illinois tollway service with things such as pay by plate do not work for this. So even if you normally would be fine on your tolls, they will wait and bill you later with a inflated rate. This is a predatory behavior and their website does not work when you try and dispute anything. It just loads and is unfunctional website.

    Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.  We are committed to operating with the highest levels of integrity and transparency.
    As we discussed earlier today, it appears that you had a Pay by Plate account with I-PASS. Please note that Pay by Plate is only valid on the Illinois Tollway system and is not accepted on other toll facilities.
    The invoice dated June 8, 2025, was mailed via **** to the address on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and we have not received any return mail indicating an issue with delivery.
    As a courtesy, a fee was waived during our conversation. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us and for completing your payment through our website.

    I was charged $159.20 for the hoboult bridge toll. $84.20 of this was charged at $6.25 for each way on the tolls but the sign does not only say 5.25 (they just changed this within the new year). Also i was charged on my ipass account at midnight so I have money in my ipass account but I was still charged by houbolt bridge not just full price but a price that wasn't even correct on the display by the bridge. I also have called more than 9x in their office and spoke to management and was hung up several times because I keep putting in disputes per their request and they tell me I have to wait X amount of days and I receive no result than in another 30 days I received an added on late fee. This has been on going for 3 to 4 months where I dispute no result and I receive late fees I have provided numerous proof too from my bank to my ipass account. Now I am $75 in late fees and they threatened to put it on my credit so I paid it and now I am asking for assistance as I am not the only one they are taking advantage of
