      what even is this company and why are they allowed to still operate?*** really needs to do an investigation with them or someone because this company is a joke. why are you telling me I have money from a 401k that obvious if I do than I did the work and I made that money and your stupid company is now making it unavailable or a nightmare to get it? This company is technically stealing money from people and profiting off them

      I got a letter advising that a previous employer has rolled over my **** *** / 401K to Inspira Financial. I went online as the instructions seemed easy to complete, as it is my retirement money, I wanted to get my acct set up and going so I can keep in the loop of my own financials. Online is having issues and not accepting my state. Called the 800# to inquire as what is showing up online holds 3 of my accts. I first spoke to ******, she was HORRIBLE. VERY LITTLE ENGLISH and is sounded like she had food in her mouth and everything was garbled. I said, I cannot understand you, please send me to someone who speaks English. She promptly transferred me to ********. ******** spoke a lot better English, however she was NOT helpful. She offered to send paperwork to fill out and return or a link to send my email. She sent the link, and it took 10 minutes to arrive (glad i refused to get off the phone with her until i received it). I began asking about reference and security codes, she said "you dont need them, hold on, let me send you a docusign, that works best and is easy" I said yes please, you should have started with that. I got the docusign and submitted. ******** confirmed she got it and said i need to provide a copy of my **. I get this and was like ok, i will send that to docusign too. She said no we cannot receive it that way, it must be uploaded by the other link or mailed. I then got upset as this is taking over an hour for simple detail updates. I asked another best way and ******** said I should be good and tried getting off the phone. No, I asked to speak to a supervisor NOW. Was txfr to ****** and she helped me in less than 3 minutes with offering to accept the ** by email, fax, mail, or the link if i can get it to work. I advised ****** how unhelpful ******** is and Mariel inability to communicate successfully. WHEN CALLING FOR HELP, ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR RIGHT AWAY. **** THAT ANSWER THE PHONE NO ************** HELP!

      I have send them a request 3 times on my own to transfer my money, but they always find ways to deny because somenthing is missing
      So I went to ****** ******* and filled out the form with them so they requested it for me… it was done properly with their help and support we submited the electo ic transfer in april 4th
      On the april 7 they declined because they need it wet signatures because they dont do electronic teansfers…
      I downloaded the extra documents signed them scan them and upñoad them.
      Itrust ******* submitted them and Inpira ****** financial has not transfer the account despite calling them 3 times after.
      They have diluted my account with account maintenance fees of more than 1200 and by the way their website is so crappy I have never got a single stock or mutual fund… my money has been seating in their account literally loosing earnings and sucked dry by this shady crappy company

      PLEASE READ! FILE COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FINANCIAL BUREAU! They always find way to keep the money with them no matter what you do and make it impossible to transfer it out. They are putting any possible bureaucratic roadblock that exists. Horrible Company. Hopefully they get investigated and shut down

      If I can give zero stars I would. Calling to get help alone is a nightmare. I’ve ordered prescription glasses from the same company for years and since Inspira took over from Payflex it’s been HORRIBLE. I just had to order a new card and she said it would take 15-20 business days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

      Its been 3rd week now since I requested from Inspira company to send me a code to create a login access. Unfortunately, my previous employer default my 401K to Inspira and I want to transfer my account to some company who has a good customer service. Inspira is really hard to reach out, every week I send them an email regarding the code and they keep of asking me more documentation in which I comply. The person you talk over the phone has a very strong accent and cannot understand what am I asking. It shouldn’t be this hard and long just to get an access to my account. I am already contemplating to get a lawyer as I have no patience to deal with this company.

      An old employee retirement account was moved automatically to Inspira without knowledge or consent. Then the amount was invested in something like money market, which earns very little return. On top of that, the 'service fee' actually meant the account was losing money!!! How is that good stewardship of someone's retirement savings? The paperwork to transfer out, especially for a deceased account holder, is very complicated and time consuming. They wait till the last day of the 'wait period' to contact for corrections - probably to be able to charge another month of 'service fees'. Absolutely a scam, would give 0 stars if possible.

      I'd leave 0 stars if I could. **************** chat is hardly ever available, and calling will leave you on hold for over an hour in order to connect with someone (if you ever do get connected). The claim and transaction details do not have enough information on the screen. It is practically impossible to find anything online. The website times out, and the app does as well. The app details per claim/transactions doe not match what is online. There is no customer service email - why?? Email and text notifications do not work - to the point where my card was deactivated because I didn't know claims were denied. I had to submit documentation for autism therapy, even though "autism" was in the company title - why??? I will never recommend Inspira, and I'm glad I'm moving financial institutions. There are so many inconsistencies in how and when claims/transactions are reviewed. It seems they used to be reviewed quickly, but it's like they purposely are taking more time now that I need the approval process expedited. THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had.

      After over an hour and a half waiting on the phone it picked up and I was immediately disconnected. I have gotten nothing in the mail from this company after leaving Lowes. They are just stealing everyone's money and are getting away with it.
