    If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked an 11 AM party at Immersive Gamebox Ballston for my sons birthday today, paying over $400 in advance. A group of excited kids arrived on a cold morning at 10:45, only to find the entire place closedno lights on, no staff, no sign of life. We tried calling, but there was no way to reach anyone.Imagine the disappointment of a bunch of kids standing outside, wondering why a big birthday celebration wasnt happening. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you run a business that hosts events, the bare minimum expectation is that you show up when your customers doespecially when theyve prepaid for a special occasion.I have tried reaching management, and so far, radio silence. No explanation, no apology, nothing. This kind of incompetence is beyond frustrating, and I wouldnt trust them with any important event again. Parents, bewaredo not risk your childs birthday here.

    On Sunday 02/23/25 I purchased tickets to this place for my son birthday. However sudden tragedy occurred in my family where I need to go out of town immediately and do not know when Ill return. Immediately I contacted the company today 2/24/25 explaining I understand their 48 hours policy to receive a refund however unfortunately life happens and it doesnt always work that way that you can cancel something within 48 hours. Have empathy. This is a gaming place not sure why theyre beyond strict on this policy. I think its pretty disgusting that Im trying to get us plane tickets to leave immediately but I cant get a refund back, so Im stuck between losing my money or getting a later flight to attend this place because the last thing on my mind right now is this. I was only offered rescheduling after telling them I may not be back for a long period of time or may just not come back due to a lot going on and they still refused my refund.
