    My group and I paid $220 for a booking on Friday night, February 17, 2023 at 10:55pm for a service we did not receive. The equipment malfunctioned before the game even started. We were then taken to another room to try different equipment and it also malfunctioned. By this time were were already there for almost 2 hours and did not get the service we paid for. I asked for a refund but the manager said she could not give me a refund and instead re-scheduled us for the following week. I called the following Monday only to be told that the manager I needed to speak to was not working and had to wait for her call me back the next day. The following day, Tuesday, I waited until 1pm without a call back from said manager. I called the location and spoke with ****** who told me also she would not give me a refund even if it was their fault the service was not given and only a voucher would be given. I asked to speak to someone else above her. She did not want to provide me with the information of her manager and said he would also refuse to give me a refund. I pushed for information about headquarters and she finally provided an email. I sent an email the same day, they replied within minutes to confirm the location, I replied within minutes as well but did not hear back. I followed up with another message asking for resolution but they never replied back. Sandbox VR was unable to provide a paid service and they are refusing to refund my money. This is fraud. I want my refund.
