  IF your a landlord you don't want to work with these people. I sold my mothers apartment building 7 months ago. The account is still not closed with Fairview and they owe my mother money from rent. They also moved a tenant into an apartment without approval or getting a security deposit. Made up extra yard fees.

  These people are a joke . You have to threaten them with legal ramifications in order for them to do what they should be doing . I put in a work order 2 months ago, April 14th to be exact, regarding a hole in the porch where some type of animal has made theres home . I just received a call today about someone coming to fix it today. This is common with them . We make a repair request and you wait months for them to fix but a week before rent is due they are stalking your email and phone with rent reminders.

  The absolute worst since the landlord sold the apartment building I currently reside in to these money ***************. The place is filthy, with trash all over the place as they send you statements to pay rent where you dont have a valid lease with them, and they contact you with all the wrong things but none which that matter. They bought the building late January and dont enforce tenant rules but dont follow up when you make maintenance requests or complaints. I called almost a month in advance to ask if they were reviewing my lease which is soon to expire but never contacted me back with an answer. They still chose to send me an invoice where Im not in a lease with them. I called to tell them Im not renewing my lease then they had the audacity to tell me I need to submit me leaving my lease in writing over 30 days. They are the worst and I will never recommend them.

  The company is very inconsistent. Sometimes the financial reports for my property come but most times they do not. I have asked for a large amount of money being held in reserve to be sent to my account without response. When I phone the managing broker, or the assistant manager never seem to be available. I did have a face-to-face meeting with the assistant manager and seemed to have matters worked out but have been ignored again now. They do not answer phone calls or return calls and do not respond to emails. Very frustrating.

  INVESTORS/OWNERS BEWARE!!I would highly caution against anyone considering going into business with this company. They are unresponsive, poorly structured, and will absolutely NOT manage your property. The owner, ****, makes a great sales pitch to get you onboard, including an extension of his personal assistance if you need anything, but take this at face value because if you ever NEED him, he will not respond to emails or calls.I was asked to establish a threshold for maintenance approvals. This threshold was not adhered to and I received a large repair charge that I was not informed of. Work orders that required my approval were not provided to me until multiple weeks later causing extensive delays for the tenant to have required repairs performed.To make matters worse, they sent my property into abatement because of three failed inspections. I was not notified of the inspections prior to, however was informed of only 1 failed inspection because of an approval required for repairs. When the property reached abatement, their team had NO CLUE of what was going on. I reached out via email and calls, and both were met without answers and promised call backs that never occurred. **** never responded to calls or emails, but had the audacity to terminate my account after I demanded that this issue be resolved. Needless to say, this company is a NIGHTMARE. The person closest to professionalism is *******. Outside of *******, theres no hope. You will not receive payments on consistent times of the month, in fact, you may have to reach out to understand when you will receive your rent. Communications are nonexistent and theres a complete lack of structure. You will not have a point of contact for your account, instead you will just grab for traction with any one of the six various names that will reach out to you.Words of advice: STAY AWAY!!
