    I started attending Northwestern College to become a dental assistant. Ive completed one semester. I took off one semester and was supposed to be starting back the following one semester. I did see online on ******** former student shared that the school was closing. I then proceeded to the school to get information about when they will be closing and how I can transfer my credits that I do have and they were already closed. I already took out school loans and have to start my classes all over, totally a slap in the face And inconsiderate to a students.

    I attended Northwestern College for about a year and I recently graduated in June 2024 in the school recently shut down in July and they told us that we had to order our diplomas online because we didnt have a ceremony for our graduation. I ordered my diploma and transcripts online And I never got my transcripts and diploma I never got my diploma nothing like Im still in the process of waiting because like Im trying to take my certification, but I dont have any transcripts. I dont have the diploma. Its like every time I try to contact them to ask them how long its gonna take I see I dont get no answer and its just getting out of hand.

    I took courses at Northwestern college it was a 1 year and some months long program that I completed with honors. When it was time for graduation it was cancelled a day or two before the actual graduation date, and I never received my diploma Ive been begging for transcripts they wont send them. The school was supposed to pay to take the test to become certified and now I cant contact the school at all!

    I attend their school using financial aide and was suppose to get a refund check I received the check deposited into my bank account and the check was returned because of insufficient funds and I have yet to hear anything back from the school

    As an Educational institution, due to FERPA regulations we do not discuss any specific personal information about a student in a public forum. The students are welcome to reach out the colleges' Business Office for individual information.   However, over the Memorial Holiday a couple of approved checks were rejected by the banks automated system by mistake.  When the error was found, after returning from the holiday, those effected where contacted by the college and replacements were issued. These couple of rejections where all resolved.
