    Would give 0 stars if possible. Sent back my blemish free phone for a repair that promised would take 1 week. After 3 weeks of pestering I finally got it back still not fixed. Had to send it back again. Another 3 weeks. Received a phone. Not sure it was mine. Stole my original apple box with IMEI and info and $50 tempered screen. Received a broken phone. I mean literally cracked in half. Scratches everywhere and gouging on every side. Don't even know how to check if it's my phone. Won't cooperate. Scammers and con me

    They sell phones on **** as new. I am sending my "NEW" phone back for the second time in 4 months. Another 2 weeks without a phone. Needless to say my phone will have been being repaired for 1/4 of the time I've owned it. Just find a factory refurbished phone, Apple sells them on their website. Just ****** it. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

    Be aware of this scam company . They sell used phones under brand new. I recently purchased a phone from them and it appears the phone was used for a year!

    Terrible company! They sold me a broke phone through Back Market and shorted me $100 of my refund. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!

    They LIE on ***** According to the product description, I was to receive a brand new, unopened ******* S20 Ultra 5G phone. What I received was a phone without seals. A quick trip to ****** confirmed my suspicions. The ******* video showed the new phone with seals. The one I received has none. I knew something was up when I received the package and the phone was rattling around in the box. Don't be fooled by anything **** says about their rating---this company *****.

    Sold as "new" and "Very Good. Condition". The phone arrived with scratches on face and a blemished fingerprint reader. I contacted O&M and all they offered was a refund. My request for them to honor our their description fell on deaf ears. Don't buy from this company. Bait and switch. Purchased through walmart.com
