    On the first week of September 2023 I paid a $188 deposit to Best Bounce Chicago Online to get a bouncy house for a party. The rental was supposed to be delivered and installed on September 9th. At 8:30 am I received a text message from the business requesting the final payment, the remainder of the transaction which was $366. I told the person that they could charge my card on file, however, the website says the payment is required at the time of delivery. The business proceed to text me back and said the payment is required before delivery as stated in the contract, which is false, but at this point I am busy with the party preps do authorized them to make the charge. The bouncy house was supposed to be delivered at noon. I got a call asking if they could deliver early, which I agreed to. Then another call asking if they could leave the bouncy house there until the next day, which I also agreed to. At 11:15 am, 45 mins before the drop-off I got a text message saying they could not deliver. Mind you, this is after they already took the complete payment. They never refunded me as promised. I waited patiently 60 days. Then went to my bank and disputed the transaction. The bank asked for a chargeback, they denied they cancelled and refused to return the money. *** the time we kept with this back and forth, **** could not process the chargeback as the time for it was being exhausted. These people are scammers, when i inquire why they did not accepted the chargeback they said "because they were going to refund me, and that would be sending the money twice". What they did was running the clock to avoid being liable. I have all the evidence of voice mails, text messages, and receipts. I want my money back.
