    Everything was done 100%, quality of work, attention to detail, making sure the customer is satisfied. All at a very affordable price. Definitely recommend them.

    Update from review last fall (2022), A/C was installed but not used until this year. Unbelievable how great the Rheem unit is and the installation was impeccable! *** and employees are the best!

    *** HIGHLANDERS heating and air-conditioning was great! They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner. Workmanship was exceptional. We had a hot water heater installed in our furnace fixed by them. Both are working exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

    GWB Highlanders installed a new Rheem high efficiency furnace, and a/c unit for me. ***, the owner, went far above anyone else in that he replaced much ductwork, rerouted new water heater flue, installed cold air return and a new drop, new refrigerant lines in a finished basement, new disconnect and whip, new a/c pad, raised the furnace, new coil, plenum and surrounding ducts, and he did it for a little more than what others wanted for much less work. The job was impeccable down to every detail including proper venting, paperwork for rebates, and warranty registration. I have seen many installations in my 70 years but none have come close to this job, perfect in every way including clean up. He even got the distributor to come down in price and he and his 2 employees did all of this while it was snowing and about 25 degrees out. The outdoor temp today is minus 3 degrees, wind chill 30 degrees below zero! I am in short sleeves!!! *** and his employees are the absolute best and he was willing to do anything to make us happy. I could go on, but perfect is perfect! The most amazing part is he did this with a smile and actually cared about the outcome!
