      SG Heating And Cooling is second to none. Not only do they do a great job with HVAC (heating/air), but also with Appliance Repair. And, this is so unusual, will also get you the parts you need if you want to do it yourself. Amazing service.

      ********************** sent SG Heating & Cooling Services to my home to repair my refrigerator/freezer. The company called to reschedule my appointment for another day and provided a window of time between 8am-11am for the service tech to arrive. During that time, I called twice to be sure that the company had my new phone number. I was given assurances that the information had been given to the service tech and that he was on his way. By 11:30am the service tech had not arrived, and I left in order to stay on time for a prior commitment. The company did not call to apologize for missing the appointment. Instead, I had to call to reschedule the appointment. This time, the service tech did keep the appointment, and though the problem was fixed, the service tech damaged the interior of my freezer by vigorously stabbing at the accumulated ice build-up and wrenching out the freezer shelves which, with a little patience, come out easily. While he returned to the office to pick up the part that was needed to be replaced, he asked that I use my hair dryer to remove the rest of the ice. He returned, commented on my thoroughness, replaced the part, did not apologize for the damage, and left. I called the SG Heating & Cooling Services to inform them of the damage. They asked that I send them photos of the damage which I did - NOTHING! I have since called ********************** to inform them of the poor service and damage to my freezer - NOTHING! I cannot recommend either service.

      Hi, I apologize for the non responsive action with your situation. We have had increased work with holiday and closed days off, we may have overlooked this. Can you please provide the name or address so that I can look into this further.

      SG heating and Cooling sent to my home by Pivotal Home warranty service to repair my dryer. I informed him the dryer does not heat up consistently . It got warm while he was there after he left it did not heat up again. The service tech did not even attempt to repair my dryer. He said my dryer just needed cleaning, (it did NOT). nothing was done, he was in and out of my home in 10minutes. I had to call the ************ and request another Repair man to fix my dryer. They came a week later. The tech from another company said the heat sensor was no longer working. he changed it and now my dryer works perfectly. I will never use this company again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Yes , I reported this incident to my Home warranty service.AJ
