**** the owner of the business scared my clients into closing off their deal after not being able to do his job correctly at an inspection he was hired to do this past Sunday the 9th of this month in 2023. He complained that two beams we had installed weren't by the code and insinuating there was structural damage being done in front of the soon to be owners. When i told him these were special order LBL beams that were exactly the correct beams and installation, he said "Oh maybe you're right" because he could not tell a difference between them, so unprofessional. He also reported in my inspection report for an outdoor light to be changed because it was "not working" but yet he wrote that in broad daylight, with this being a motion light that only turns on at night. His inspection was an absolute nightmare.

    Good morning,
The enclosed photos will show the exact words used to describe craftsmanship and workmanship in reference to epoxy materials in the home. The words that ****** has stated I used is total slander and untrue and terrible. I'm a professional and do not use these type of tactics to move the needle. The truth of the matter is simple I inspected a home for my clients that of which is not ******, if she is a professional, she should know that listing agents and homeowners are frowned upon from being at home inspections because it causing an uncomfortable situation for the buyers and realtor as well as a possible scenario where the owner/listing agent can sway the inspector. In this case because I was not swayed she is retaliating against me.
If the epoxy product is of high quality and water proof then why where there bubbling noticed on the shower walls?
Regardless of the outcome of the inspection, the report is confidential and proprietary, as a listing agent/owner she should never have requested the report and the report should never have been given to her. My professional opinions of the home in question is for my clients, the clients realtor and attorney.
I have enclosed photos to show my description of the epoxy both in reference to information and deficiencies as well as a photo showing that she was not and is not a client of MVP Home Inspections.
If you would like a full copy of the home inspection report to prove the above please let me know.
Thank you for your time, I hope we can come to a positive resolution in this matter.
